not read topic

Ok, I know I already complained on an other forum about this and when they changed iot teh problem was solved. I explain.

At the moment I don't have internet at home so I only go at work but when a big boss comes, I obviously close the webpage but then when I open it again I have no clue what topic I haven't read yet cause all is like I already read it. Am i clear ?

I know what you mean...except I usually reply in every topic, so I just have to pick out the ones that are above the last thread I replied in Razz

Unfortunatly this cannot be changed, I have already checked with the provider cause indeed it is quite anowing Crying or Very sad

One workaround however: if you go to the portal: you can see on the left side all the last topics/posts made

oK, to make it a bit easier, I have have found out that the Latest topic box which was on the portal can also be included int he main forum page, as you can see Very Happy

For the moment, it is a bit too high, I haven't found out how to put it lower, yet Razz

But just wondering if you like it or if you prefer to keep it in the portal?
It can be quite handy, I can also increase the number of posts which appear there. And it can be also on the left (maybe better?)

Can it be a decision made by users separately? I don't think I would switch it on then, but I can imagine people finding it comes in handy...
