There are few things better to watch, while drinking some beers by yourself, than a movie starring Terence Hill...one of the things that IS better to watch, is a movie with Bud Spencer AND Terence Hill...
This movie doesn't feature Bud Spencer.
It DOES feature Terence Hill, so I watched it yesterday (while downing some beers by myself )...
It's about a computer-genius / cop that returns to Miami (where he was stationed a long time ago) on a secret mission to catch an arms dealer...things go well for a time and he confides the (computer-genius) daughter of a friend of his, who helps him out with all kinds of computer stuff (analyzing data etc.). Eventually Skims (that's the cop's name) gets blown up. Lily (the daughter) is inconsolable. Until she boots up her computer and discovers Skims inside of it...Together, with Skims as a hologram, they set out to catch the crook...
This MUST sound as a great movie to y'all, right? RIGHT?
I must say...it's hilarious. It's not often that so many things are done so badly in a movie. The acting is laughable, but consistently so. The digital effects (yes, it has digital effects) are quite psychedelic actually The storyline is worse than a porno's and less believable...
All in all, this is a movie to watch time and again!
3/10 for quality, 8.5/10 for style!
