It's called Combat Shock - IMDB

It's a Troma (CLICK) movie, which, in general, I like very much. This one though...I don't know...I think my expectations were too different...

I had expected an Vietnam veteran who freaked out and started killing lot's of people in the most gory ways imaginable...instead I got this dramatic story about a Vietnam veteran who's looking for a job, has a friend die of an overdose, shoots some people he owes money too and in the end kills his wife, his deformed baby son (which he puts in the oven while drinking a glass of sour milk with lumps in it, the only nice part of the movie) and as the police arrives to kick him out of his house, he shoots himself through the head...

Sure, there's a Vietnam veteran, he freaks out and kills some people (though not in the most gory ways imaginable)...

But the overall feeling of the movie is just sooooooooooo baaaaaaaaaaaaaad and soooooooooooo naaaaaaaaaaasty I was actually feeling kinda depressed after watching it! (people who know me, know that's quite unique )

If you like to watch movies which are annoyingly depressing, bad and love to watch people (over)acting like they have a real shitty life, this is the one for you!

No but it can become artistic if done in a certain way. Recently saw Destricted which is mainly based on pornography but with art
But I haven't seen Deap Throat so I cannot judge

it's true what u say, but the storyline seems to made by or for children

there no suspense building up.. there's as good as no build up , which makes me lose interest fast,

I actually liked Deep Throat...not because it's so good though Mainly because of the myth surrounding it and the "exploitation-level"

I like to watch Rus Meyer films as well, though I wouldn't dare to make the equation Rus Meyer = Deep Throat, I still thought it was okay...

As most people here have probably figured out by now, I'm no average cinephile, just a kid watching everything that moves

Really really really NOT my cup of tea. Not at all, It reminded me of the very bad French comedies of that time which I used to hate as a child, still do

Oke new one I watched yesterday! I actually fell asleep! That usually NEVER happens to me!

The Assassination of Richard Nixon is about Sam Bicke who thinks he is not respected and blames that on the president! It was said to be a thriller and an action film with a little bit of drama! The people who said that have never seen a thriller or an action movie before. All the drama! And not even an interesting dramatic movie! It sucked

I had no choice! I rented Scanners and House of 1000 Corpses....but they're not a big fan of those! They al kinda liked the movie...I think it's CRAP!

I've got the black and white version, and loved it! All the guys look like maffia guys, the story is so over the top that it's fun, and the vintage aspect make this a classic!
