That's a easy one to crack!
It's because he IS a dick...
And if he makes you FEEL incompetent, you just have to ignore whatever he says, remember he's an enormous asshole and draw your own plans...you don't need some middleaged (is he middleaged by the way?? ) n00b to tell you how to teach...what the hell makes him such a great teacher if he makes you (a pupil) feel bad about herself?

He's middle-aged and he never even took the education that I'm taking, and I heard from a co-worker of him that he doesn't do his job well.. But still, it's not fun to hear you don't have any feeling for the job (which I do, people who know me also know how much I talk about my job and how I like it) So, I'll just try and ignore indeed
