| - Quote :
- He [Gaspar Noé] is currently developing a new feature, tentatively titled Enter the Void, backed by the producers of Run Lola Run ("I had to get away from French producers - French producers smell like cheese!"). …Void is a chaotic street drama about directionless Japanese youth, getting high, getting crazy, getting numb and disconnected. At the time of this writing, he is spending time in Japan, where the film will be shot, scouting locations and getting more in tune with his material.
I can't wait | |

| Here is a very short teaser My god what a torture, Gaspar Noe obviously wont give anything away, nothing has even been showed to the journalists. The secret will remain till end of the next week where it will be showed for the very first time. I wonder how I'm gona manage to wait until it gets released in the cinema in Holland, I think this will simply never happen, I wont be able to | |

| The movie has been seen now, and well, very different opinions from the journalists A bit similar reactions as for Lars von trier's movie. About 20% of the people left the cinema... (but I think that was even more when Irreversible was first presented to the jourmnalists so that doesn't worry me ) The negative comments are that it is too long and that there is too much drugs... The positive comments so far are that visually it is extraordinary, I have even read some comments comparing him to Kubrick for the visually new, audatious filming, very experimental, impressive but that it is probably way too experiemental to get some prices during the festival. People are simply not ready for Gaspar Noe's work | |

| Translation of another critic:
Enter the Void is a multisensorial trip which offers a fascinating experience. If you are willing to enter Noe's delirium, you will be transported in a wave of images and sounds totally mastered. The cinematography is brilliant and so are the actors! The movie however could have been a bit shorter | |
