A lonely metermaid has a psychotic reaction to his medication and becomes convinced he's a superhero. A very select group of people in life are truly gifted. Special is a movie about everyone else.

I didn't know what to expect and it is actually quite good yess
What is really nice about it is that soon you get confused and you actually doubt if it is real or not and if he is really a super hero Very Happy
I enjoyed it
