This wont be an issue, when you make a poll on this forum, you can see the results even without voting
I'm trying to see with ForumActif if there is a way to include some type of notation.
If it is not possible, then we would need to create all new review posts as polls. I dont mind, but that means that all topics will start by [Poll]
I would need to update all the existing posts, that is not a big deal but people would need to create new posts that way or I would need to edit them

Ok, it seems to be possible but with a script.
Not sure how it looks like yet but I think it would need to be added to each topic. So it terms of work, i dont know what the best option is cause it is about the same as adding a poll I think.
So wait and see, once the script is ready I will run some test to see how it looks like

I don't mind sharing the workload of changing the threads, so whichever way we choose to do this, I'll change a lot of threads as well

was thinking bout introducing a title-convention or something, for the review section



it's always nice to have movie title+director's name+release year in the title

but that's just my opinion

I also think the most details the better.
The best I think would be: tittle-director-year
But that means a lot of maintenance if users dont do it

I can make a thread which will appear as sticky in every genre forum
I was planning to create a some kind of rule topic already (especially to explain that torrents and illigal links are not allowed...) so I can include something about title convention in there
But I know I have to change a lot of the titles already to include at least the date so this will mean a bit of effort for everybody and some maintenance if this is not done

But yes, we can make this a rule...

in general i would put the director and the year, but sometimes the director isnt that important so i would say you dont always need to put that, but the yearyou should always put i think.

Maybe it's a good idea to say that Title-Director-Year is the preferred way, but please don't make it a rule, there are way to much rules in this world already...like not being allowed to cross the road when the red light is on, or not being allowed to piss against a tree if your bladder is about to pop...

So just say it's the preferred way of posting it, give the right example by doing it yourself and don't impose it as a law If new members see that everybody's using this specific form, they'll most likely adapt their own threads to it...

you should have ranks like this

Title-1 post
title-10 posts
title-25 posts
title-50 posts
title-100 posts

that way this site will be funner because they will want to get up to the last rank
