|  Highlander @ IMDbHad been longing to see Highlander again for a long time, so watched it last night. It was worse than I remembered. The kind of worse you actually can laugh about. The kind of worse which you, secretly, enjoy anyway. The movie's about Connor MacLeod, a Scott, who by some weird chance, is immortal. When he is mortally wounded in battle, but is up and running again, he's driven from his village and settles down somewhere else. This all happens in flashbacks, the main story taking place in 1980's New York. There are other immortals, who have to battle each other, until there's only one left ("There can be only one" is a phrase uttered by all the immortals throughout the movie). As a very strong immortal shows up in New York, Connor has to prepare for their battle and keep a girl he's fallen in love with out of the clutches of the other guy. It's all a bit predictable, with some solid bad acting and weak special effects. All in all though, it's really fun to watch  7/10! | |

| Oke maybe it's the alcohol...but am I wrong when I say that  the immortals will stay for ever...because they are immortal...they can't die....right? | |
