I want to smooooke Pfff I try to reduce the number of cigarettes I smoke and trust me, it is not easy cause I'm a big smoker Today so far, since 8am I have smoked only 5 cigarettes but it was really hard I will try harder once I've smoked my 6th one
but still proud of my self, normally at that time, I have already smoked at least 10 or 15

I start smoking after work, not before or during. Unless I'm going to the gym after work, them I'll start smoking after my visit to the gym. I smoke around 3 cig's a day, 5 max. I don't smoke indoors in my house, just on the balcony (however you spell the damn word).

Yes, I need to stop for ever, I'm getting tired of it and scared cause I have smoked that much since I'm 15 But I need to build up my motivation and that's the hardest part So I talk about it on the forums, to my colleagues... just to get some motivation First step: really slowing down with at least reducing by half (at least!) Second step: when it wont be too hard anymore to stick to this, stopping totally

I quited smoking because I couldn't take one hit of a cigarette without coughing up the previous five...
I smoked about a pack a day and 2 packets of loose tobacco a week AND about 4 grams of marihuana a day First I quitted smoking, then I quitted marihuana, then I took up smoking again for a while a few times and now I smoke about 1 cigarette a month...
Which I consider not smoking at all...
Too bad I work at a venue where smoking is allowed, have to put up with it until July 1st, then I will be able to breathe again at work

Did you get help to stop? Were you a big smoker for a long time? I'm starting to have really bad caugh in the mornings and so far it is my motivation. Want to find my health back. I have one pack and a half left, after this, I dont want to buy anymore but I can feel it already, it's gona be soo hard

I smoked that much for about...6 or 7 years I think...
Stopped all by myself...it was kinda hard, but not as hard as I had expected...
The hardest part is saying no when people offer you a cigarette...and for the moments you'd normally light up a cigarette, find something to do...buy a Nintendo DS or something, it's expensive enough to make you realize why you bought it, but cheap enough to be payed for by not smoking for a month
