Quote :
Davey (Brian Milligan), a new IRA prisoner arrives at the gaol, following his refusal to wear the prison uniform, he is labeled "non-cooperative." His new roommate, Gerry (Liam McMahon), has smeared the cell with faeces from floor to ceiling and we witness their resistance to the prison regime.

Good yess First movie from this director which filming technics are absolutelly magnificient yess The way it is filmed, the contrasts with the shadows, it is really beautifull!! The story is also good and the atmosphere very tense. The only thing which maybe can be a down side is the fact that some parts are very long. In particular one scene which is I think the longest uncut dialogue I have ever seen: very impressive in a way for the direction and the acting but also painfull to follow. But it might also be because we had no subtitles and the film is Irish (and Irish talked fast Mad ). But otherwise, I really liked it. Very impressive debut film. Respect! yess

A must see!
